Libby has over 20 years’ experience in health and safety, including the development and implementation of health and safety management systems, as well as risk management planning at Rio Tinto and consultancy work for coal seam gas contractors.
She has lived in various parts of Australia and holds advanced qualifications in psychology, project management and health and safety.
She is passionate about health and safety management systems, particularly the effectiveness of competency frameworks and training aimed at improving the management of health risks and psychosocial risks.
